Important Information

1. A place will be held for your child until May 2 1st. After May 21 st. enrollment will be open
    for new students.
2. Previous grade must be successfully completed before student will be passed to next level.

3. The registration fee is neither partially nor totally refundable.

4. WITHOUT EXCEPTION, ALL SCHOOL BILLS MUST BE PAID before enrollment is accepted
    for the 2004 – 2005 school year.

5. If your child leaves school before the end of the school year, you must give at least a
   30-day written notice.

6. If a semester or school year i ~paid in advanced and the student must leave before the end of the term,    10% will be deducted from the total unused amount. The refund will be given at the end of 30 days after the    request date.

7. I f you have a scholarship and you are behind on your hill at the end of present school year, in agreement     with the Scholarship Regulations, the scholarship will not be renewed for the following school year 2004 –     2005.

THEREFORE

CAS father/mother/legal guardian and representative of the student ( mark the one that applies), I accept completely ah pars of the Internal Regulation of the institution, and ask that the Administration of the same renew the registration of the aboye student for the school year 2004 – 2005. Also, and according to the Internal Regulations, I promise to make the payments for the services provided by the school. Late payment will result in the suspension of the contracted educational services as stipulated in article 22 of the decree number 24017 of the Ministry of Education pertaining to the Regulation of Private Educational Institutions. Our school term is divided in 9-weeks periods to complete 2 quarters per semester and 4 per year.
